Most of our products are Print-on-Demand and Customized, meaning each item is specially produced after your order is placed. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Policy
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- The customer does not like the color, design, or fit.
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings or lighting.
- Incorrect shipping address or other incorrect information provided by the customer.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for Print-on-Demand or Customized products under normal circumstances.
Replacement Policy
A replacement may be provided only in the following cases:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product arrives damaged or torn.
- There is a manufacturing or printing defect.
- The product received is significantly different from the one displayed on our website due to our error.
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the package
- A complete unboxing video, recorded continuously from opening the sealed package until the product is fully visible.
Replacement requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only if production or printing has not started.
- Once printing, customization, or shipping has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
Replacement Processing
If your replacement request is approved after verification, the replacement product will generally be dispatched within 3–7 business days.

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, appropriate remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund will be provided.
